At Darul Ilm Global, we strive to provide high-quality Quran learning through recorded lessons and live sessions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Course Nature

All our courses include digital content (recorded lessons) along with live sessions. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

Important: Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are generally not applicable once access has been provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical issue preventing access to the course (not resolved by our support)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Change of mind after purchase
عدم دلچسپی (loss of interest)
عدم حاضری in live sessions
Failure to complete lessons

4. Live Sessions

Live sessions are scheduled based on availability. Missing a session does not qualify for a refund, but we may assist in rescheduling where possible.
